North Peoria is some of the best landscape lighting terrain in the West Valley. Out toward Vistancia and Lake Pleasant the lots get bigger, the desert gets more natural, and the elevation gives you grade to work with — boulders, washes, mature saguaros standing on their own. Up-light a saguaro from the base out there and it stops the car.
Closer in around Westbrook Village and the older neighborhoods, there's more mature canopy and lawn, so we mix in moonlighting and architectural washes instead. And with less light pollution as you head north, we keep fixtures low-glare — no reason to trade the dark sky for the effect. Everything's low-voltage LED, built for the heat.
